firstlight

Dates: Thursday 24 September, 11am-1pm, Friday 25 September, 11.30am-1.30pm | Locations: Picture House, Cambridge Film Festival (24) and Art & Design Academy, Liverpool John Moores University (25)

First Light are running a series of free road shows for individuals and organisations who want to know more about the funds available to make creative film and media projects with young people.  If you work with young people; are from a youth support organisation; or if you are a professional filmmaker; media and digital content producer or artist, interested in working with young people, this is a great opportunity to find out how to get the funding you need to make your project a reality.

Session One – For those who want to make a film or creative media project but don’t know how to start and where to get the money – First Light will show you how. Session Two – For Professional Creatives (filmmakers, media content producers, digital producers and artists).
Both sessions will run concurrently followed by networking. If you are interested in attending please register by emailing info@firstlightonline.co.uk.

There will be more events over the coming months, details of these will be available on the Mediabox and First Light websites within the next month.
